DESCRIPTION:Access Plus Capital is excited to offer an unique opportunity for small businesses to get in-depth support to grow their business. \nBoth the partners and funders are committed to closing the finance\, technology and knowledge divide by offering small business owners the opportunity to participate in an intensive 13-month program called Silver Lining Action Plan (SLAP).
